Three Businesses, Three Industries, One Playbook
These are not stock screenshots or logos we borrowed. They are local service businesses we operate in Cobb County, and the sites behind them are ours to answer for.
Anyone Can Show You a Portfolio
A portfolio proves someone paid for a design. It does not prove the design produced anything, and it certainly does not prove the agency would use the same approach on its own money.
Every business below is one we run. Three different industries, three different customer problems, three different competitive situations — all in the same county, all built with the same playbook, all producing organic leads.
Three unrelated verticals working is a very different claim from one lucky client. It is the difference between a method and a coincidence.

The Playbook Does Not Change
Structure before content
Decide what each page is allowed to rank for before writing a word, so two pages never compete with each other for the same search.
Geo-qualified headings
Every service page names its service and its city in the H1 and the title tag, using different phrasing in each so they cover two variants instead of one.
Schema on every page
LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ structured data, so Google can read the business without guessing from the paragraphs.
The lead has to be countable
A dedicated thank-you page on every build. If you cannot count leads you cannot tell which page earned them.
The Local Angle Is Never Copy-Paste
The fastest way to get city pages ignored by Google is to write one and swap the city name eleven times. Google has a name for that pattern — doorway pages — and it has been devalued for years.
So on House Fresh Cleaning, every city page argues something only true in that city. Kennesaw is written around the university calendar and move-out season. Acworth is written around what lake sand does to a floor. Powder Springs is written around price honesty. Vinings is written around building access and elevator scheduling.
That is slower to write. It is also the reason the pages do anything at all.
